the Paypal link at the bottom of this page. Be sure to tell us in the
notes the size you would like and the mailing address you would like
the shirt shipped. The cost is $10.00 for the shirt and $3.00 shipping
for a total of $13.00 for each shirt ordered.

APRIL 28, 2017: Another successful Pinto Bean Supper at the Cornelia VFW. This annual event has always proven to be a fantastic gathering of food, music and fellowship. There was bluegrass and gospel music as well as delicious food enjoyed by everyone who attended!
JUNE 18, 2016: Motorcycle Ride! The ride started at the VFW in Cornelia, GA, which is on VFW Post Road across from Wal-Mart in Cornelia on Business Highway 441. Lunch was provided for those who rode.
MAY 28, 2016: Memorial Day Service at the Wall of Honor Park. The Saturday before Memorial Day from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. we had a special day of remembrance and reflection. Free hot dogs and drinks were available after the opening ceremony that began at 11:00 a.m. There were about 100 in attendance that helped show respect to the men and women who dedicated and sacrificed their lives for the freedom we all cherish.
MAY 14, 2016: Yard Sale. At the vacant lot across the street from the Dairy Queen in Cornelia. The yard sale was a huge success with over $2600 raised for the Wall of Honor!
APRIL 8, 2016: Pinto Bean Supper at the Cornelia VFW. It began at 6:00 p.m. This annual event has always proven to be a fantastic gathering of food, music and fellowship. There was bluegrass and gospel music as well as delicious food enjoyed by everyone who attended! Over $5,000 was raised this time for the Wall of Honor!
SEPTEMBER 26, 2015: We had another great turnout for the Bean Supper at the Hazel Creek Baptist Church Fellowship Hall! It began at 6:00 p.m. Special bluegrass and gospel music and delicious food were enjoyed by all who attended! Cake auctions and raffles were also held with some awesome prizes! Over $4,000 was raised for the Wall of Honor.
JUNE 27, 2015: Motorcycle Ride! We had a great motorcycle ride even though there was a threat of rain. $2359 was raised for the Wall of Honor!
MAY 17, 2015: Operation Raise the Wall at the Habersham County Airport to celebrate our veterans and raise money for the Wall of Honor. The cost was a "give what you can" donation. Habersham County 4-H performed the songs that inspired men and women while they fought for our freedom. $701.00 was raised for the Wall so their memory won't fall!
APRIL 10, 2015: Bean Supper at the Cornelia VFW. It began at 6:00 p.m. There was great bluegrass music. A raffle was also available with many great prizes! This was a very successful event that raised over $5,000 for the Wall of Honor!
MARCH 28, 2015: Yard Sale. At the vacant lot across the street from the Dairy Queen in Cornelia. 8:00 a.m. We raised $2,176 from this event! On our way to adding another wall section very soon!
NOVEMBER 10, 2012: We held our first annual motorcycle ride to benefit the Habersham County Veterans Wall of Honor Park. It was a great success and we raised almost $1,500!!
SEPTEMBER: We had a booth at the Chattahoochee Mountain Fair. Wonderful people dropped by to discuss the park plans with us and to see all the really cool merchandise we had available. We were able to raise over $1,000 this week!
AUGUST 24 at 7:00 PM: Free Kip Moore Concert held in the WCON parking lot in downtown Cornelia. The HC Veterans Wall of Honor committee had a booth selling drinks, popcorn, and homemade goodies! It was a great evening! Thanks for everyone who stopped by our booth!
SEPTEMBER 8 at 8:00 AM: First annual Chattahoochee Mountain Fair 5K run. Proceeds will benefit Phase I of the Wall of Honor project!!! This was a great run and raised $2,000 for the Veterans Wall of Honor Park.
JULY 21: We had a huge yard sale in the building across the street from the Dairy Queen in Cornelia (it's the building that use to be the Pool and Spa store). Through generous donations by committee members and the community, we raised over $800!!
JULY 6th through JULY 20th: We are creating a Habersham County Veterans Wall of Honor Cookbook that will be available for purchase at our booth at the Chattahoochee Mountain Fair AND online here on our website mid-September.
JULY 4: We had an awesome time at the Demorest 4th of July celebration. Lots of new folks came out to visit our booth.
MAY 19: Genia Pittman organized a booth for the HCVWoH at the Mountain Laurel festival on May 19, 2012.
MAY 26: Brett Downing organized a 5K fun run for May 26, 2012.
